The Bachelorette alum previously went on a wildlife conservation trip with Natalie Lee, and the pair now confirm that sparks flew
Blake Moynes is finally confirming his long-rumored romance with Love Is Blind’s Natalie Lee.
During an appearance on Natalie’s podcast Out of the Pods, The Bachelorette alum confirmed to co-host Deepti Vempati that Natalie, 32, was a former love interest. The pair have since ended on good terms despite no longer being together.
“The answer is yes, we did date,” Natalie said after Blake, 33, explained the mutual industry connections they shared following their respective reality TV dating show appearances. She added that Blake continues to be “one of my favorite people” — so much so that they’ve made a “marriage pact.”
“If I am not married by age 35, he said that we would have kids and get married,” Natalie added.
PEOPLE previously reported that Blake and Natalie were spotted together on a wildlife conservation trip — which seemingly included some date nights for the then-couple.
Opening up about the chance to get to know Blake during the getaway, Natalie said on the podcast: “I had never been on an animal conservation trip before and I didn’t know you.”
“I didn’t watch any of the seasons of The Bachelorette you were on,” she continued. “I had heard things about you through social media — I mean, good things — but there was a lot of news at the time regarding your ex.”
Getting to know each other, the pair bonded over their sense of humor. “We could be very much ourselves and it didn’t take long to get to that comfortability point,” Blake added.
Currently, Blake and Natalie still “talk pretty often.” The Bachelor Nation star then noted that he’s “very, very single” at the moment.
Blake was previously engaged to Katie Thurston after he won her season of The Bachelorette. He also appeared on Clare Crawley and Tayshia Adams’ season of the show, and Bachelor in Paradise‘s ninth season.
Natalie, meanwhile, was engaged to Shayne Jansen on Love Is Blind but chose not to marry the reality TV star after an argument before their wedding.
