“I have respect for Kwame’s personal journey, and I don’t hold any resentment towards Micah,” she reveals. “From my perspective, if someone else is attracted to my partner, then she’s probably a cool person. Upon their first meeting, Kwame and Micah wasted no time reconnecting and discussing the abrupt ending of their relationship in the pods.
The situation took a turn when Micah made a toast to their “failed proposal,” which upset Kwame. He pulled her aside to have another conversation.
Chelsea, who was watching their flirty exchange from a distance, decided she no longer wanted to be at the party and just wanted to go home.
Love Is Blind’s Season 4 singles face fears and doubts from their families: “Romeo and Juliet didn’t work for a reason.”
Back in their hotel room, Chelsea questioned her fiancé about his immediate need to address Micah’s comment.
“I had to talk to her. I didn’t feel right about what was said. I’m not going to let it slide,” he explained.
When Chelsea pointed out that there was no time to cool down during the party, he responded, “You need to consider how our actions are affecting both of us.”
Kwame admitted that he and Micah had not received closure in the pods, to which she asked if he felt like he got closure that night.
“Not completely, but it was enough,” he replied.
Disappointed with his response, she exclaimed, “Oh my god! Not completely? What would have been enough? Testing the waters? Making out with her?”
“I’m telling you that I got what I needed,” he reassured her. “I’m content where I am.”
She then asked if he would rather be with Micah, and he firmly replied, “No. Not for a second. I’m exactly where I should be… and I have no doubt about it.”
The conversation ended with Chelsea encouraging him to let go of his attachment to Micah.
