Some fans thought that Nick was too immature throughout the season, acting like a “man child,” as Hannah called him. Others felt that Hannah was at fault, coming down too harsh on her partner and treating him unkindly. Now it seems that Nick has spoken out about the work he still feels his ex has to do.

The Season 7 cast continues to stay close even after the cameras have stopped rolling.

Nick Isn’t Impressed By Hannah’s Transformation

Nick recently appeared on Page Six‘s podcast called “Virtual Reali-Tea” where he was asked about his former partner’s recent transformation. (His fellow castmate, Hannah Jiles, had previously opened up about losing weight since the show aired, pointing out that she did so naturally instead of using Ozempic.

Nick was candid in expressing that, while Hannah might be happier with how she looked physically, he thought she still had other, more important work to do:

She does look great, she looks fantastic. But the thing is, I know her, I’ve seen all of her. Just because you look attractive, that’s part of it. The other part is your personality and I know who she is and she has things to work on.

It was clear from Nick’s remarks that he felt Hannah had some more internal work to do before she could fully boast about her transformation. When it came to speaking about his ex’s appearance, Nick also went on to deny her claims that he ever referred to her as a “grenade.” Instead, he shared that, at most, he’d only admitted to some of his fellow male cast members that he was “a little underwhelmed” by how she looked at their in-person reveal.

Does Nick Think Hannah’s Ready For Love Again?

In the same conversation with Page Six, Nick elaborated on his thoughts about Hannah’s future and her potential love life down the road. Again he was candid with his words, explaining that it had been challenging for him to see the way that those around her had been hurt by her words in the past. He did go on, however, to say that he believed Hannah would find love one day:

At times, her parents and her brother had hard times, so I think she needs to do a little bit of self-reflecting, but like I said, none of us are perfect. We all have our red flags… I think she’ll find the right person — someday — maybe.

Nick was subtle in his critique of his ex, pointing out the fact that she was no longer friends with the women she was close with while Love Is Blind was filming, but refusing to outright say any nasty things about her. For his part, Nick has been open about the fact that he’s currently single (despite rumors that he may have been dating someone shortly after filming ended), and as of now not much is known about his personal life.

For Hannah’s part, she’s appeared to keep busy with making her own appearances and with posting on social media. She remains very active on TikTok, posting videos with her parents, at one point making them join her in a silly dance trend. Hannah has also posted content with some other cast members, namely exes Leo Braudy and Brittany Wiesniewski, showing the three of them hanging out and all getting along swimmingly.

Unlike Leo and Brittany, who have each managed to pull off a complete transformation in how they’re viewed by the show’s fan base, Hannah still seems to be struggling with an overwhelmingly negative reception from fans.
