ove Is Blind: Brazil season 4 released its final episode, “The Reunion” on Wednesday, July 10. 5 couples that emerged from the pods got the opportunity to enjoy their honeymoon. Then they spent a month together outside the experiment as engaged couples, understanding each other’s lifestyles.
Of the 5 couples, only 3, Vanessa and Leonardo, Renata and Alexandre, and Ingrid and Leandro, got married on the show. Ariela and Evandro broke up, while Marilia and Patrick decided they were not ready for marriage yet.
In The Reunion, all 5 couples gathered to share their current status and reflect on their journey on the show. They were also joined by Kaled and Muriel, the couple who connected after leaving Love Is Blind: Brazil. Of the 6 pairs present at the reunion, only 3 were together — Vanessa and Leonardo, Renata and Alexandre, and Gabriel Kaled and Muriel.

1) Vanessa and Leonardo
Cast members Vanessa and Leonardo immediately connected during their time in the pods. Although Vanessa struggled to choose between Leonardo and co-star Rodrigo, she eventually got engaged to the former option. They enjoyed a passionate honeymoon and experienced life as an engaged couple with minimal fights.
Vanessa revealed that they were happily married and leading a content life together. She stated that Leonardo, who struggled to please her “old-fashioned” father, earned his approval soon enough as he vowed to take care of his daughter for life.
Vanessa said she and Leonardo went to a burger joint after their wedding to celebrate the union. When host Camila Queiroz questioned her if she had any news about her pregnancy, she said, “Not yet.” However, the Love Is Blind: Brazil couple reassured viewers that they planned on having a baby soon. Leonardo said:
“We’re very romantic.”
2) Renata and Alexandre
Renata was handed a hammer at the reunion and asked to smash a photograph of her and Alexandre if they were not together. As the cast members watched curiously, Renata walked toward Alexandre and kissed him to show they were still together.
The two started strong but their relationship in the pods soon hit a rough patch when Alexandre discovered Renata was too fixated on people’s appearances. He called her “cocky” and refused to accept Renata’s apology.
However, they reconciled and got engaged. While the other cast members doubted their relationship’s durability, Renata and Alexandre overcame all the hurdles that came their way, leading to their marriage.
When inquired about the status of their relationship, Renata revealed they were in a non-monogamous one. Although they lived in separate homes to accommodate their lifestyles, she and Alexandre shared a healthy relationship, talking to each other, meeting, celebrating Valentine’s Day, and more. Renata said:
“We get along so well, our relationship is so strongly consolidated that I can’t say what we are. I think we like and respect each other.”
Both Love Is Blind: Brazil season 4 cast members refused to label their relationship but confirmed they were together. Alexandre confessed they were an unconventional couple, who visited each other’s families and spent quality time together.
However, they believed they were “sincere” toward each other, and had one of the greatest friendships.
3) Kaled and Muriel
Before introducing Gabriel Kaled and Muriel on set, host Camila mentioned that only 5 couples could enter the show’s finale. Since Kaled and Muriel’s relationship developed after the cameras stopped rolling, it could not be displayed on screen.
During the experiment, Kaled proposed to Muriel, leading to their engagement. However, Muriel felt apprehensive since Kaled looked very similar to her ex-partner and decided not to proceed.
After they left the show, the Love Is Blind: Brazil couple reunited through social media and recognized their feelings for each other. Soon, they arranged a small open house and introduced each other to their families. They revealed they lived together in Sao Paolo. Muriel said:
“We had no doubt that we truly loved each other very much.”
Kaled revealed about undergoing bariatric surgery, crediting Muriel for supporting and encouraging him through the process. Later, when asked about their wedding plans, Kaled shared that although they were not married, they were looking forward to it. Kaled said:
“We haven’t gotten married yet, but it’s the plan. Get married and have a child soon.”
