Leo Braudy was one of many individuals who set out to find love on Love Is Blind Season 7. Like several others, Leo quickly found himself in a love triangle in the pods. Leo had strong connections with both Brittany Wisniewski and Hannah Jiles. To make things even more complicated, Hannah also developed a strong bond with Nick Dorka. While Hannah originally ended things with Nick to pursue Leo, she later gave the former another chance. Hannah eventually decided Nick was the right man for her and broke things off with Leo.

When Hannah ended things, Leo initially seemed distraught. However, he quickly bounced back and proclaimed that he was really in love with Brittany. He later proposed to her, which she hesitantly accepted. After Leo and Brittany’s reveal, it was clear that something was off. While the pair went on an off-screen getaway to Miami, they ended their engagement a few weeks later. Leo wasn’t on Love Is Blind Season 7 for long but he became a major villain during the short time he was there.

Right off the bat, Leo rubbed viewers the wrong way by bragging about how well-off he was. Leo opened up about his job as an art dealer, which keeps his pockets more than full. While dating in the pods, Leo even expressed that his wealth was a huge insecurity for him at times. Leo claimed that he was worried women would only be interested in him for his money. However, he didn’t hold back sharing how well off he was during dates in the pods.

Leo told Brittany and Hannah about his past in detail and explained how certain things led to him being where he is today. Leo’s parents and grandparents died from cancer within a short amount of time, which resulted in him taking over the family business at a young age. While this is tragic, Leo used the story as a way to talk about wealth rather than about his family.

It didn’t take long for Leo’s long-winded stories about his money to get old. The last straw for me was when he bragged about his Rolex watch to the other men, which ended up becoming a running joke. It’s one thing to discuss finances in the pods but the way Leo went about things was straight-up cocky. This was the first sign of Leo becoming a major Love Is Blind Season 7 villain.

One of Leo’s most concerning moments during Love Is Blind Season 7 was when he had a meltdown with Hannah in the pods. Before his conversation with Hannah, Leo seemed set on choosing her. However, he was also telling Brittany that he hadn’t yet made up his mind.

When Leo sat down with Hannah in the pods, she surprised him by revealing that she wanted to choose Nick. Leo then began displaying alarming behavior, such as stuffing his face in a pillow to avoid what Hannah was saying. This was odd, as it still seemed like despite his feelings for Hannah, Leo also liked Brittany a lot. Leo then began to gaslight Hannah which made her start crying. He insisted that Nick wasn’t the right one for her which made Hannah start to question herself. This whole interaction was just hard to watch.

After Hannah confirmed that she was going to choose Nick, Leo did a complete switch-up. He claimed that was fine since he was going to propose to Brittany anyway. Leo didn’t want to get rejected and he went out of his way to make it look like everything was his decision. This is true Love Is Blind villain behavior.

The biggest victim of Leo’s bad behavior on Love Is Blind was Brittany. After being rejected by Hannah, Leo suddenly decided that he was all in on Brittany. While it was evident Leo liked Brittany, it did seem like he liked Hannah more toward the end. Leo proposed to Brittany, who ultimately accepted. However, it was clear that Brittany was hurt by how unsure Leo had been of her when she had been sure of him.

The way Leo treated Brittany in the pods was also not the best. When Leo was still unsure about who he wanted to propose to, he asked Brittany what kind of engagement ring she would like. Brittany explained that she didn’t think that was a fair question until Leo was down to one person, which is completely valid. Leo didn’t take Brittany’s feelings into account on more than one occasion, which was wrong of him.

When Leo and Brittany finally met at the reveal, Brittany seemed visibly uncomfortable. Leo didn’t pick up on this at all and continued to aggressively touch and kiss her. Throughout his five episodes of Love Is Blind, Leo displayed multiple red flag behaviors. He didn’t make it far this season but he’s still one of its biggest villains.
