Jasmine and Bobby are still married a year after the filming of “Love Is Blind: UK” season one.
Per the rules of the show, the pair date in isolated pods and see each other face-to-face only after they agree to marry. Audiences loved the drama this format created on “Love Is Blind,” the original, US version of the Netflix show, and this is the latest spinoff.
In the pod stage, Jasmine, a 29-year-old mental health nurse from London, connects with two men: Sam and Bobby.
Jasmine doesn’t trust Sam, so she dumps him for Bobby, a 33-year-old luxury shopping guide and musician from Staffordshire, England.
Bobby proposes to Jasmine in episode three, and their relationship seems to progress well when they finally see each other and go on holiday to Greece.
After the holiday, Jasmine and Bobby have a smooth relationship. Their main struggle is in episode eight, when they have to prove their relationship to Jasmine’s protective mother, Marisa.
Marisa is against the relationship and even tries to talk Jasmine out of the wedding the day before.
But Jasmine doesn’t listen, and they get married. At the reunion, they couple reveal they are still married and moved in together in London two days after the wedding.
Marisa also says Bobby has her approval now.
Jasmine and Bobby are one of two couples to make it through the “Love Is Blind: UK” process and stay together.
On Monday, after the reunion episode aired, Jasmine shared a picture of their wedding on Instagram, captioning the post: “One year with the love of my life.”
“Love Is Blind: UK” season one is available to watch on Netflix.
