Amy Cortés shared her story: ” I was supposed to go to Paris w my family buttt destiny had other plans. last minute our trip got canceled bc my parents passports were expiring in May and didn’t meet France’s passport validity rule. I remember being so upset but calm at the same time because everything happens for a reason. had I gone on this trip, I wouldn’t have participated in Love is Blind bc it was in the same timeframe and it would’ve been too much all at once. this trip getting canceled was the first of many gateways to open for me to fully partake in this experiment. fast forward, I get married to my soulmate and my dad reschedules the trip for October and covers for Johnny so that he is able to go. my family and i couldn’t have envisioned this trip any other way. this whole time I was meant to go w my fam and my honey – God works in mysterious ways and I’m so grateful ? sometimes things don’t work out in the way you think they’re meant to because He has bigger and better things planned for you ?”
