Mod Sun packs on the PDA with ‘Love Is Blind’ star Brittany Wisniewski after Avril Lavigne breakup

Mod Sun was spotted packing on the PDA with “Love Is Blind” star Brittany Wisniewski following his highly-publicized split from ex-fiancée Avril Lavigne last year.

The two first connected when Wisniewski, 33, attended the singer’s Nov. 3 concert in Texas with co-stars Alexandra Byrd and Hannah Jiles. While performing on stage, the 37-year-old musician spotted the group in the crowd and gave them a special shout-out, which he documented via TikTok.

   

“Respectfully, are both of you on the show ‘Love Is Blind’?” he said on the mic, while pointing directly at Jiles and Wisniewski. “Umm, my name is Mod.”

In the clip, Wisniewski could be seen blowing the singer (real name: Derek Ryan Smith) a kiss before the video cut off.

However, it seems the two were able to connect later on as they were spotted partying together at The Wiltern in Los Angeles on Nov. 11.

Per a video obtained by TMZ, the two could be seen getting handsy (and seemingly kissing) while dancing to “Party In The USA” by Miley Cyrus.

Although the two have yet to publicly address the romance rumors, they do follow each other on Instagram and TikTok, and have already left some flirty comments to each other.

The reality star wrote “Oh hi 💋” in the comments section of one of Mod’s recent TikTok videos. “<33333 u seem cool <33333,” Mod responded, with Wisniewski then saying, “Hi! I’m doing good, just waiting for you to slide in my DMs 🙇🏼‍♀️.”

The “Stay Away” singer also left a series of red heart emojis in the comments section of one of Wisniewski’s recent Instagram photo dumps.

Mod’s public adoration for Wisniewski comes after his split from Lavigne in February 2023.

At the time, the “Sk8er Boi” singer’s reps confirmed the breakup to Page Six. However, the split seemed like it was news to the musician as well.

“They were together and engaged as of three days ago when he left for tour, so if anything has changed, that’s news to him,” his rep told us at the time.

As for Wisniewski, she got engaged to Leo Braudy on the most recent season of “Love Is Blind,” but called it quits after a few weeks.

During the reunion, which was filmed last month, Wisniewski revealed she was dating someone new. However, she did not disclose the person’s identity at the time.
