“It was just all me,” the 27-year-old told PEOPLE in the interview published Thursday, Oct. 17, though she did admit to trying the popular weight loss drug earlier this year.
“Everyone’s saying I am on Ozempic. I did try Ozempic. Back in the spring, I tried it for two weeks,” she revealed, though the medication didn’t end up working out for her. “Unfortunately, I think it’s an amazing thing, but it made me so sick I couldn’t take it.”
“Trust me, I would take it if I could,” she added.
Jiles, who recently uploaded a video to social media to show off the significant amount of weight she’s lost since filming the Netflix reality series, instead insisted that changes to her diet and exercise routines are what have really made the difference.

“I still don’t really like working out, but I just try to move as much as possible. And if I can do Pilates or yoga, that’s the best I can do because I’m not going running. It’s just not me,” she explained to the outlet. “And I just don’t eat a lot.”
“Not changing what I eat, just how much I ate and just trying to move more,” she clarified.
According to Jiles, her time on the show had a lot to do with her decision to create a healthier lifestyle, noting that her “rough year,” gave her the push to prioritize her health.
“If weight is something that I’m super insecure about, then I need to change that. And so I just work towards it,” she said, while noting that some people online don’t believe she used natural methods for shedding the weight. “It’s wild that everyone just thinks I’m just a liar and stuff. I just really tried hard.”
“Since [the show], I’ve gotten Botox, I’ve gotten lip injections, got hair extensions, I’ve done things like that. But I haven’t changed who I am or have done anything,” she confessed. “I had a goal and I was going to get there.”
