Raven from ‘Love Is Blind’ is Embracing ‘Chapter 2’ After Parting Ways with ‘Voldemort’: Discovering Self-Love

In the aftermath of her separation from her Love Is Blind partner, Sikiru “SK” Alagbada, Raven Ross has expressed her determination to forge ahead and leave the past behind.

Raven Ross, a contestant from Love Is Blind, expressed her outlook on the past during an Amazon Live session. The 30-year-old pilates instructor playfully responded to a fan’s inquiry about her relationship with her ex, potentially referring to her former Love Is Blind partner Sikiru “SK” Alagbada. With a lighthearted reference to Harry Potter’s antagonist, Voldemort, Ross assured fans that she has not been in recent contact with SK. Emphasizing that they are moving forward, she humorously remarked, “Not recently at all, because we’re moving on, right? Chapter 2. So who needs it?” Their breakup, which occurred in November, followed their second engagement and allegations of infidelity on SK’s part.

In a recent interview with PEOPLE, Raven opened up about her decision to cut ties with her ex-boyfriend, SK, after discovering his alleged infidelity on TikTok. Though they were no longer together, Raven admitted that it was difficult to let go of someone who had been such an important part of her life. However, she soon realized that maintaining communication with him was not beneficial for her well-being, and they have since established a boundary of no contact. The same applies to SK’s family, especially his mother, who had a close relationship with Raven during their time on Love Is Blind. Raven explained that she has not had any contact with them, acknowledging that they continue to be a strong support system for SK. Despite moving forward with a new romantic partner, Raven mentioned during an Amazon Live session that fans may have to wait a bit longer before meeting him. She jokingly mentioned feeling a bit traumatized but expressed her excitement about sharing this new chapter of her life with her followers. However, she emphasized the importance of giving their relationship more time before going public. Raven also revealed that she is currently in a phase where she values her privacy, but assured everyone that when the time is right, they will all get to be a part of her happiness.

Raven recently shared with PEOPLE that she is optimistic about her relationship with her current partner and hopes for a long-term future together. In an unexpected turn of events, her partner reached out to her through Instagram, and things have been going well so far. Raven is so confident in their connection that she believes they are destined for a great, long-term relationship and even anticipates a marriage proposal in the near future. She expresses her belief in the power of manifestation and confidently declares that she will be engaged this year. She can’t help but gush about her partner, calling him the front-runner and confessing her obsession with him. However, in November, rumors about her partner’s infidelity surfaced when a TikToker claimed to have shared text messages between herself and the reality star. Although SK denied the accusations, stating that he was single during the break between Love Is Blind filming and his reunion with Raven, the Love Is Blind: After the Altar special presented conflicting claims. The show depicted SK proposing to Raven after filming, followed by a video from Raven accusing him of being unfaithful during their engagement. SK did not respond to the accusation during the special. Just recently, SK opened up to PEOPLE and stated that he is ready to take responsibility for his actions. He expressed his belief that he owes an apology to Raven, as well as to the public and himself. SK emphasized that his intention is not to go on an apology tour but to acknowledge his behavior, take accountability, and learn and grow from this experience. He sincerely apologized to Raven for the pain and embarrassment caused and admitted that he is not proud of his conduct. This situation has prompted him to reflect on his actions and strive for personal growth. For the latest updates on stories like this, sign up for PEOPLE’s free daily newsletter.
